The ECC can only help consumers. We cannot help if you purchased something for business use.
Did you purchase something for your business? Then we advise you to contact the Business Service Centre of the Chamber of Commerce.
Always first complain in writing yourself (for example in a letter, email or chat conversation) to the trader. This gives the trader the chance to resolve the complaint. Is there no good solution? Or do you not get an answer? Then we are happy to help you further.
Note: always keep proof of the conversation. We need this to process your complaint.
