You do not live in Poland. Therefore, we cannot help you. You can do this instead:
Do you live in another EU country, Norway, or Iceland? Then contact the European Consumer Centre in your country.
Do you live in the United Kingdom? Then contact the UK International Consumer Centre.
Do you live outside the EU, Norway, Iceland or the United Kingdom? Then contact a consumer organisation in your country.
We can only help if the trader is located in another EU country, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom.
For traders located in another country, such as the United States or China, please check whether a consumer organisation in that country can help you.
We can only help with problems related to a purchase or trip in another EU country, Norway, Iceland, or the United Kingdom.
Do you have an issue with a Polish trader? Please contact the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for free assistance.
We can only help with personal purchases. A personal purchase is something you buy for yourself or for someone you know. It is not intended for your business or work.
Did you buy something for your business or work? Then go to the Enterprise Europe Network for assistance.
First, inform the trader that you are dissatisfied. Write them a letter, email or chat message. You can use one of our template letters. This gives the trader the opportunity to solve the problem.
Make sure to save these messages. We need them to help you. If the trader doesn't provide a solution or doesn't respond at all, we're happy to help you.
