We can only help with personal purchases. A personal purchase is something you buy for yourself or for someone you know. It is not intended for your business or work.

Have you already asked the trader for a solution?*
“In writing” means that you contacted the trader in a way that can be shared with us, such as by email, letter, or a message on a website or in an app.

We cannot help you yet, unfortunately

First, inform the trader that you are dissatisfied. Write them a letter, email or chat message. This gives the trader the opportunity to solve the problem.

Make sure to save these messages. We need them to help you. If the trader doesn't provide a solution or doesn't respond at all, we're happy to help you.
